Everything went very smoothly. First had initial contact through the CarVIO website, then Charlie C called me to request some photos and questions about my vehicle. Within an hour we were able to agree on an appraisal amount for the vehicle. It was then transferred to a different company purchasing the vehicle. They called shortly after to schedule a tow truck dispatch to pick up the vehicle. In total it only took 8 hours from initially filling out the website form to getting a check for my vehicle and watching it get towed away. Throughout the entire process, Charlie was very professional, helpful, friendly and quick to respond to any inquiries!
