"Smart meter upgrade"

Dean Bowen called prior to his arrival so we knew exactly when he was coming. On arrival he told us exactly what he was going to do and timescales involved. These tasks were carried out diligently and professionally. After completion Dean advised us what to do going forward in a polite,positive and knowledgeable manner. A 5 star rating is well deserved. Customer service at its best

"Excellent service"

Lloyd arrived on time and showed me his identification as soon as he got here.
On accessing the old electricity metre he found that the board it was fitted on was not fixed to the wall as it should be. He made a referral to western power who will make the necessary repair.
He fitted the new gas metre and took away the old one.
Lloyd kept me informed throughout the time he was here.
His manner is friendly and polite, which I think is important when someone comes to yor home.

"Great experience"

I had an engineer "Simon Thomas".

He was friendly, respectful and remained professional throughout the visit. He performed several due dilligence checks and provided a quick installation of 2 smart meters allowing me to continue wfh. On leaving he cleaned up after himself aswell as helped me with my queries.

"Stupidmeter"

We were urged by our provider Scottish Power to have a Smartmeter. The first time we tried to have one fitted over a year ago SE eventually conceded that we couldn't have one due to no mobile coverage. We were again urged to have one fitted as our Radio Time Switch for Economy 7 would stop working soon. We booked an appointment but pointed the problem the first time. We were reassured that there was a new system that would work now. The installer arrived to fit the meter but said he couldn't as there was no Vodafone mobile signal and went away. A simple web search would have shown that we had no coverage inside the house saving our inconvenience and the waste of time. We do not know the solution.

"Excellent service "

Lewis Cooke fitted our smart meter and he was efficient from start to finish. He was also very considerate by getting our electricity back on, while he fitted the gas meter. He was very good at explaining how the power monitor worked. Lewis was very polite and pleasant whilst he was here and I have no hesitation in recommending him for recognition by management.

First rate service from start to finish. Dean Bowen the engineer arrived as planned, contacted me first and was and could not of been more helpful. Clearly a very skilled guy and carried out the work quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend,thank you.
