We were very impressed by the speed of work, thoroughness and willlingness to follow through and get the job finished in a way that was positive for us (the customer). We had Richard Notley coming to our house to sort a serious problem with our heating. He came on two separate occasions. Was polite, clear and thorough. He understood our urgent need to get the heating problem resolved and to find a long term solution. He was willing to work with our electrician to consider ways to do this and we’re very pleased with the outcome

"Worst customer experience to date"

Most aggressive and intimidating engineer Fiona installed a smart meter on behalf of EDF. Would not listen to parking instructions as to where to park despite being unrestricted after 5.30pm on a Friday. Threatened to go away unless I agreed to pay any parking fine if incurred. Despite showing the parking signs and showing Fiona the Edinburgh Council parking website this lady just would not let go and kept arguing and swearing. In the end I told her to speak to me properly or go. No problem with the work just the attitude. Nice as could be at the end but damage done. I hope she is not like this with the elderly.
