"False advertising, impossible to get refund…"

Eyezy has falsely advertised that their SMS Tracker enables remote monitoring of text messages. After I asked for help, they offered a workaround of a local sync, which is neither what they advertised, nor what I wanted. Furthermore, I attempted to call their 844 number, but received a voicemail greeting. Afterward, I attempted their "Live Chat" (see air quotes), which only sent an automated ticket to their Zendesk. The response on their Zendesk tickets usually lags by 1-2 days. This is not 24/7 support, as advertised on their site. Lastly, after pointing out what I described above, they refuse to refund my money, citing their refund policy. I have explained how I have met the conditions of their refund policy. They continue to respond with canned messages, citing their refund policy, and still have not refunded my money.

Run from this company as fast as you can. Is this really the company you want to use to monitor your child's phone?

"Truffa/SCAM! Non ci cascate!…"

I recently had a very disappointing experience with the Eyezy website. I believe this site operates in a misleading manner and, unfortunately, I have to classify it as a scam. Despite reaching out for a refund, my requests were not honored, and instead, I was met with arbitrary guidelines that seemed completely unreasonable.

I strongly urge European users to take action by reporting this site to the relevant authorities, as it also contains misleading advertisements that could deceive others. It's essential to protect ourselves and others from such practices. Plus, I am filing for a chargeback with my bank. There is no way I will accept that 45 euros have been subtracted from my account for no reason
