"This is a scam "

This is a scam . Do not purchase ! After we had it set up on target phone it never worked once!!! You can only talk to customer service support through an online chat or email. Every time they would ask me the same questions over and over I would share what they had told me to do. They would tell me no that’s not correct do this. It went on and on for three months we tried to get our money back and they refused.

"Don’t waste your money, if you are even a little unsure or if you have an iPhone. It will not show you full history and they will not give you a penny back"

I tried this on my son‘s iPhone, I connected it all the ways they said, and none of the ways showed me web history or app usage, if I connected via Wi-Fi, I could see some history , but you would have to be on the same Wi-Fi. Since he is leaving for college this fall that was not going to work.
I contacted them within the first week, on the webpage they do say they have a 14 day refund policy, they want you to agree that you understand how it works, and I did, but it was not clear that the Wi-Fi had to be the same network to actually show web history
I had paid for an annual subscription and requested a refund, they denied it and just told me to connect again, but I have connected and it does not work
I then asked if they would just charge me for the first month since I was within the 14 day. And refund me the rest of the annual subscription, they also refuse to do that.
I would definitely not use this company as they are not willing to stand behind their product and at least refund me what I’m not using.
I wasn’t even asking them to give it to me free just to charge me for the first month and give me back what I paid in the annual subscription

UPDATE on 8/20
they replied to this review, asking me to reach out to them. When I did, they still refuse to refund me, but instead offered free technical assistance. I did not have problems installing the app on my kids device. It just doesn’t show me web history or app usage on his phone. They still will not refund me

"TRUFFATORI"

È un sito PESSIMO, Incuriosita ho cercato di acquistare abbonamento mensile di euro 37, subito mi si è stato attivato un abbonamento non richiesto e vari servizi per un totale di altre 2 transazioni non accettate da me sottratte in automatico di euro 45 e 65 oltre appunto i 37 euro.. contatto da quel giorno il loro servizio clienti per delle spiegazioni e perché non ho nessuna intenzione di usare il loro sito, ma continuano ad ignorare la mia richiesta scrivendo di capire la mia frustrazione e proponendomi varie soluzioni come il prolungamento del periodo senza costi aggiuntivi ( cosa che non farò in quanto non mi fido) aspetterò ancora qualche giorno con la speranza che emetteremo sto rimborso dopodiché mi rivolgerò a chi di dovere non lascerò perdere

Agree with Richard. It's a con. I went in chat with agent before buying. He confirmed I didn't need access to target phone. I bought with him online and no sooner than buy the home screen informs me I need target phone. I immediately asked to cancel, like 2 minutes had gone by, he said.... I've passed it over to billing who will resolve it to your satisfaction. Billing are refusing. This company is NOT good, best stay clear.

I have already contacted support and sent them complaint and copy of chat transcript with support (lucky i saved it) and you told me to GO AWAY that it didnt matter that I had paid a minute earlier based on support agents WRONG advice, your polices didnt allow for refund.....hence why im here. whats the point of contacting you again ....you have my original email complaint just sort it. "Le doy una estrella porque menos no…"

Le doy una estrella porque menos no puedo, me estafaron 200 euros, me aseguraron que la aplicación servía en su totalidad para iphone y no es así. Le dije que quería que me devolvieran el dinero porque no servía y me dijeron que no, acepté instalarla en el ordenador para por lo menos utilizar lo poco que decían que funcionaba y la he tenido que desinstalar porque no funciona.
Son unos estafadores,te aseguran que funciona y te dicen que si no, te devuelven el dinero y es FALSO.
No caigan en esta estafa.
Respuesta a lo que me han contestado:
No me digáis más que contacte con vosotros porque estoy arto de contactar y vuestra respuesta es siempre la misma. No me dais solución y así llevo ya mucho tiempo. ESTAFADODRES.

EyeZy doesn't advertise that you need to jailbreak your phone to access their promoted features, nor do they advertise that if you don't want to jailbreak the phone, you at least need to be on the same Wi-Fi network as the device you are monitoring. T The company has REFUSED to give me a refund of any kind and are extremely unhelpful and not timely in communication either.

This product uses fraudulent advertising practices. EyeZy doesn't advertise that you need to jailbreak your phone to access their promoted features, nor do they advertise that if you don't want to jailbreak the phone, you at least need to be on the same Wi-Fi network as the device you are monitoring. This information essentially rendering the product useless to me and I could only find this information out AFTER purchasing. I'm a tech-savvy person and I even spoke with customer service before purchasing...only to be misled and feel frustrated that I purchased a product I can't use. The company has REFUSED to give me a refund of any kind and are extremely unhelpful and not timely in communication either.
