I was informed my experience wasn't the only unfortunately and they are preparing an investigation.

"Complete ripoff"

Complete ripoff. Don't subscribe, it's just a bunch of people outside of US jurisdiction ripping people off with deceptive marketing. 10 places on their website it says you don't need to jailbreak your phone to have the features it describes. After you buy, then you are informed that you DO in fact need to jailbreak your phone. Of course, they evade direct questions via support emails and let you know that they will do that for you for an additional fee.
