Do not buy this product it is not as advertised and is falty even after reaching you to them just you a Service response no support . And now they don't want to refund me . Scam they need to refund me ...this product is a scam

Filed for a chargeback with my UK bank after eyeZy twice refused a refund due to the software being:-
a) not fit for all the purposes (tracking and monitoring communications)
b) not as described.
It is bait and switch scam, eyeZy advertise functionality like being able to review your kids calls and messages, and track their wearabouts. In reality, all I could see was the current location, which Apples' Where's My Phone can do already and for free.
EyeZy will try and distract you with technical support, but the product does not work as advertised, and you need the target device to be jailbroken to make it work, which they don't tell you in the promotional videos.

Il propose de faire juste tracker, aucun controle parental possible. Même pas capable de dire quelles applications sont utilisées... quand tu veux une nouvelle fonctionnalité il faut payer en plus, même l'assistance technique est payante
C'est une arnaque basée dans un pays étranger...

Update: After syncing with my daughter’s phone during the initial upload, the program never updated any of the information (texts, etc) again. I contacted tech support several times and was given a couple of different things to do to reconnect, which didn’t help. I was told that since I have an iPhone that I had to make another appointment to reinstall. However, during that appointment the tech specialist informed me that their software has an issue with Microsoft. Due to policy, he could not tell me when this issue began or when it might be resolved. My options were to 1. Put my subscription on hold until the issue is resolved, 2. Buy a Mac, or 3. Connect to her iCloud and get 0% important information. Not what I paid over $400 for. Lesson learned, if you have an iPhone, don’t waste your money!

It was a bit of a lengthy process to get it installed to the phone but not terribly difficult. Quick time between texts on the phone to the dashboard.

Ce sont des voleurs. Ils vous disent qu’il n’y a pas besoin d’avoir le tel pour faire la manip alors que c’est faux et on l’apprend une fois qu’on a payé. Dès le premier paiement ils enchaînent les encaissements. Ils ont tentés de me prélever 200€ en plusieurs fois. Heureusement que j’ai pu bloquer les payements. J’ai essayer de discuter avec un interlocuteur à distance qui m’a proposer de payer 400€ pour régler mon problème. Et quand je lui ai dis que c’était des voleurs il m’a répondu d’aller me casser une jambe 🤦🏼‍♀️
