L’applicazione non funziona ho scritto più volte al servizio clienti i quali alla fine non mi hanno potuto aiutare mi hanno dato una mail per il rimborso ma questa risulta inesatta non voglio perdere i soldi spesi

J'ai pris ce logiciel en pensant que c'était un bon logiciel de contrôle parental.
Je me suis vite rendu compte que c'était plutôt un logiciel espion on ne peut rien bloquer juste espionner (SMS car les messages des réseaux sociaux il faut rooté le téléphone cible ce qui deja est illegal et enlève donc la garantie et la sécurité du téléphone OU ils proposent de le faire sans rooter le téléphone pour la modique somme de 300 euros (et j'avais une réduction !) En plus des 115 euros que j'avais déjà payé !!
L'application bugge sans cesse je n'avais plus accès au contenu et à la localisation de mon enfant alors que je savais qu'elle envoyait des SMS puisqu'elle était à côté de moi !! J'ai donc réinstallé 3 fois le logiciel et à chaque fois ça recommençait !
Finalement je demande un remboursement moins de 24h après l'achat (en faisant valoir mon droit de retractation de 14 jours) qu'ils me refusent car soit disant je n'ai pas essayé de réinstaller le logiciel !! Et que cela est indépendant de leur volonté !!
Méfiez vous et fuyez ce logiciel c'est une grosse arnaque !!

this is really scam and they ask to buy it and make a pressure and saying it has lot of benefits and service but its scam , they block your money and never refund .
they also mention refund policy but thats just for making fool to everyone. if you want to save your money DO NOT BUY.

I know eyezy replying very politely to every one in review actually they are saying they will not refund money.

this company listed in the fraud list and they are operating from Cyprus . also all reviews which is saying good product actually its paid So I will advice please NEVER BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMER
