REPOSTING THIS BECAUSE THEY HAD MY REVIEW REMOVED. I STILL HAVE AN EMAIL THREAD WITH THEM REFUSING TO REFUND, BEEN ONGOING SINCE JANUARY. DONT BUY THIS SOFTWARE!!!
where to start. purchased a year subscription, then was forced to purchase customer support on top which "offers 24/7 support". tried to install the product and it didn't work. Wrote to customer supports 24/7 online support team asking for a refund since the product isnt installing. Got a response telling me I would get an answer within 24 hours, I didn't. I mailed 4 times over 3 days until I finally got a response telling me they would not refund me but they would refund the customer service fee for not responding sooner. Still cannot install the product, dont want it and can't do anything about it.

DO NOT BUY!! SCAM ALERT!! This company is a scam. I tried to purchase for 33 dollars and when I checked out it charged me double. I asked for a refund within minutes of purchasing and they refused to refund my money.

I use it to track my younger sister when she goes to school and then to classes. It seems that turning on Wi-Fi improves location accuracy and notifications of places. Customer support is great; they responded to my requests instantly. Smart price for premium features too.
