Well this went better than expected! I think we have to give most of the credit to the support of Mr Barrett. It was a good install and we had no problems. This will be something to help us protect our venerable daughter. I actually cried a bit here. A little less worry in the day. Thank you,

L'abonnement par contre se renouvelle automatiquement. Toute tentative de résilier l'abonnement sur le site renvoie vers des menus qui ne permettent que de prolonger l'abonnement ou de rajouter des options (payantes).

C'est une arnaque.

Don’t waste your money & time! It’s a scam! App doesn’t work. They start giving you lame excuses that iPhones are very secure devices hence not everything will be working as advertised. They are dragging their feet to issue refund while I am still within 14 days. Will undate if refund is issued. They have also charged extra $66 with no authorization for tech support & trust me you will need tech support! Then they tell you it’s for 1 install & you’ll need to pay more. So far it’s been very disappointing & nothing is working!

I bought the subscription for 95$ and asked them why I could not view social media accounts tracking as promoted by them and to my surprise they said I need to pay 333$ for the social media option. Furthermore, they also had a sneaky way to get us to pay for additional services amounting to 56$. They have a 14 day refund policy and now they are not replying to my refund emails.
They respond on trustpilot that they will assist us but I just want a full refund after this terrible experience.
They are just terrible. no action on refund yet. SCAMMERS!
