"Horrible customer service. NO help"

They will not return my money when the program simply will NOT install on the target phone. I paid extra for the support to install it and all I got was a simple chat person who repeated the same instructions that you can read with your own eyes but were not working. He just kept repeating the same thing but it wouldn't work. I have written several times but just get the same thing to schedule an appt for help on CHAT (That is not $50 worth of help). Horrible company to try and deal with.

"False promises"

I bought this premium subscription as Joshua from Customer service clearly confirmed that direct access to target phone is not required and they send a text message with link to create the connection which will give access for Call, Messages and Social Media. Clearly that didn't happen. Now the agent has also stopped replying to me which making me believe that it was a bot from beginning. I lost almost $300 for nothing.
