They do not allow anyone to get a refund even if they cannot use the service . Watch out you don't pay for something you won't benefit from
Any professional and ethical company would be happy to reimburse someone if they haven't used their service. Daylight robbery. Don't waste your money. They send a polite reply on here for everyone to see but refuse a refund despite not using their service and letting them know within a few minutes. The positive reviews are likely friends or family. Save yourself money and go to a UK based company that don't deliberately have an unfair and unreasonable refund policy

"Waste of my money…"
Maybe it was just me being uneducated but I was not made aware anywhere on the website that I would need access to the other phone I wanted to monitor so I could install something on it. I only found this out AFTER I paid. And when I tried to cancel my subscription I was sent an email with a code, as soon as I opened the email it disappeared. Literally vanished in front of my eyes and is nowhere to be seen in any of my email folders.
Now when I try to cancel again, I can’t. The ‘submit’ button is greyed out.
I feel like I’ve been scammed and I want my money back!

I'm very suspicious about this company.
I was tempted by the £6.30 p.m. subscription if paid annually and started a chat with 'Dan' who I'm still not convinced is not an AI. Many parts of the chat were a bit 'squeaky' and he types extremely quickly, and I mean extremely quickly.
'Dan' told me that I would need the 'ultimate' version to track 2 iphones and he would offer me a special discount only available until the end of the chat! If I used the 'standard' version then the phones would need to be jailbroken. Not such a good idea I think especially considering that their engineers could help me to do that. I don't think so thanks.
After the 'special discount' the price he offered for the first year was £263! The special discount was 30% so I guess the price after the first year would £390.
I decided not to buy,

Unfortunately, I got scammed. I have subscribed for the Eyezy and synchronization my phone through USB and once it completed and I got the dashboard with NO SOCIAL MEDIA APPS COVERED at all. Even my target phone has a lot of social media apps.
They are LAYING about the social media apps that Eyezy can cover.
