Please do not listen to the 68 percent of positive reviews that are clearly fake. The 37 percent of one star reviews claiming it's a scam are correct. I was charged 100 initially for a year to monitor my child's phone. It didn't work, so they said of my phone isn't rooted I need to pay another 335 and then it will work. Like an idiot I bought into it. The app still does not work, only location works. They also charged me the initial 100 twice and claim it will take several business days to even hear back. I'm sure I'm screwed and out 500 dollars so I'm contacting my bank next. They have also been reported to the BBB. The 'business' is located in Cypress, so these reviews saying Jason, Dan etc helped them and the app works are just not legitimate reviews. Please protect your money and do not fall for the positive reviews and website saying this is a legitimate service because it is false.
