I wish i could give 0 review. The app installed but would not work through wireless (only through connection to PC). I tried support and they first were evasive about questions on removal and refund. Then i contacted their refund department and asked for refund within free money back guarantee period. I chased and they offered me free installation support which i did not want. Despite chasing them again i have had no refund, i removed the app (i think) but the questions about impact on the phone were not clear. Avoid.

I have saved chat dialogue in case anyone wants it.

Hvis jeg kunne ville Phonsee/eyeZy få minus 10 stjerner. Deres hjemmeside ser tilforladelig ud, DET er den overhovedet ikke, man bestiller et produkt, og betalingsmodulet kommer før man ser det der er i kurven, så er det tilføjet ekstra tjenester til yderligere omkostninger, fravælgknappen virker kun på den ene
:-((. og så sidder man i saksen, beløbet er reserveret i banken, og bliver trukket nogle dage efter, selvom jeg har annulleret ordren. Nu har jeg så kommunikeret med M, A og J, det der sker er at ingen af dem forholder sig til det jeg skriver til dem, bl.a. beder de om at jeg skal give dem mit ordreID, som de aldrig har sendt, det skriver jeg til dem og de bliver bare ved med at be' om de samme ting bl.a. nogle af numrene på mit betalingskort!! Kommunikation fra dem er nu helt stoppet fordi jeg i går 30.5.2024 skrev til dem at jeg ville melde dem til politiet i dag. Som sagt så gjort! Interessant at der blev HELT stille ude i cyberspace da jeg skrev det til dem. Mage til svindelfirma skal man lede længe efter!

Yo contrate un mes de prueba, cambie la renovacion automatica que te sale por defecto, la pase a Manual usando una clave que te mandan, a pesar de ello, recibo un aviso de cobro del siguiente mes , cuando reclamo, me dicen que ahora si, ellos lo pasan a manual, pero que el mes que entra me lo tienen que cobrar, 72 euros mas..... Mucho cuidado !!!!

Qualche mese fa l’applicazione funzionava correttamente , da qualche tempo invece non funziona più a dovere, perde la connessione e vari altri problemi.

"Total scam / no support"

after purchasing, the software would not sync to my son's iPhone. We had about 5 attempts and the last one got to 85%. So after 3 hours of trying, i thought i would try the support that i paid for in my subscription. I tried to get support but there were no spots available this month, nor next month and there was no options to get to the following month.

Erroneamente ho attivato l’abbonamento, poi ho provato a disattivarlo ma non si capiva bene il modo per poterlo fare ( forse è fatto apposta oggi mi vien da dire).
Per mesi hanno addebitato €73,00 e poco più ed io nel mentre li rincorrevo tramite mail per assistenza, invano…
Poi hanno chiesto le prove dei pagamenti, numero di carta e account mail facendomi sperare in un rimborso, anche perché a loro risulta il mio disuso del loro programma.
Oggi dopo mesi di lotta, esordiscono dicendomi che comprendono la mia frustrazione ma che è colpa mia per non aver disattivato.
PS. tra l’altro un loro collaboratore in chat mi aveva assicurato il rimborso.

Suddenly it has stopped working. Support team doesn't even respond to tickets.
After reinstalling and waiting 10 hours, it only synchronizes WhatsApp, GPS and Wi-Fi.
