And when I demanded a refund on day 3 of wasting my time trying to make it work, they wrote to me that instead of refunding my money they will provide specialized technical service to make it work. The next time I've tried to access the system I found out that I was banned because not even the chat system worked and my account information disappeared. They ripped off my $60....this is a fraudulent and shameful mafia

Matthew Stone made it easy to install the application and setup on my phone. I didn't have to do anything except provide access and he did all of the work for me (and there were a lot of screens and settings to be made, so I appreciate just being an observer of the actions taking place)! Thank you!!!!

They can give people their money back if they find out right away after purchase that they can't use it. I've contacted them several times and they refuse and took my money anyways. I was really hoping to try the product. It wasn't like I purposefully purchased to get a refund. I'm 59 year old woman who couldn't tell I couldn't use it until after I purchased and saw what I had to do. Don't have the equipment to do it with. So they made me pay for nothing. To me that is stealing and it's wrong. Also impossible to contact by phone. Same message no matter what time a day. Noone will answer

Well they don't ever want to refund your money and they blame you for not reading the details after you accept whatever you're supposed to accept I wanted a refund to half hour later and they say no my bank says no on Reddit everybody's getting scammed by this company it doesn't work first of all on your phone and if you want to find out if your boyfriend is cheating that's illegal without another adults permission you're not allowed to do this to your children yes however the app doesn't work to begin with and they don't refund your money so don't get scammed
you won't get your money back. I've contacted my bank I've contacted Eyezy..NO REFUNDS WHATSOEVER the app doesn't work..I'm screwed out of $67.18 thanks scammers hope the Beekeeper gets you
