Scammers! Don't fall for these few 5 stars, they're fake reviews. This app is nothing but fake crap. They don't refund and make sure to report them to your bank and local authority and also ask your bank to refund the amount because this company is a legit scam.

I should have checked reviews. This app is a total scam. The website oversells on the ability and when you immediately ask for a refund because of the false claims, they tell you that by purchasing, you agreed to no refunds. Its a total scam

Edit 1 June 2024: the company are scam artists. Dan’s promises were all lies, and the company now refuses to provide a refund - first they offered 25%, then 50%. Unacceptable. The software does not do what Dan said it did without jailbreaking, despite me specifically asking if this was the case. I have all the chat logs should anyone need proof!
STEER CLEAR!

I had a long online chat with Dan Barrett of Eyezy. I am one of those pedantic customers who want to know all the ins-and-outs and has been previously bitten by 2 other companies that say they could do something, but then could not. Dan was patient, knowledgeable, and stuck with me for far more than an hour to get everything set up. Well done, Dan, it's unusual to come across such a professional and dedicated representative!

Non c'è scritto da nessuna parte che i dati del telefono da monitorare finisco in server fuori dall’Italia e chissà a disposizione di quale malintenzionato.
Se chiedi il rimborso, anche entro i 15 giorni dall’acquisto, inventano scuse per non dare indietro i soldi.

Aggiornamento dopo la risposta dell’azienda :
Dopo un fitto scambio di mail con il servizio clienti non è stato raggiunta nessuna soluzione, oltre al fatto che non viene rispettato il diritto al ripensamento del consumatore (15giorni).

The eyezy agent told me that if the offered features are not working then they will redund the total amount that i paid. They offer detectico which locates the phone through text message . Itried it my self and its not even sending the text message. I contacted the billing agent for rembersment. I am attaching the email i got from the billing: Please note that when purchasing EyeZy, you have agreed to the terms and conditions of the EyeZy Refund Policy.

Still, we would like to offer you some alternative solutions:

1. We can freeze your subscription until you are capable of using it. As we put it on hold, the duration of your subscription will remain the same. You can reactivate it anytime by contacting us through email or LIVE Chat.

2. We can extend your subscription for 3 additional months for free if you begin using it now.

Even they service not working they are not ready to refund the amount that i paid. I have the screen shot of the false promise agent dan gave me to lure me into buying this ultimate plan. Now he is saying he total opposite. Please be awarew . Dont ever buy eyezy . Reply to the comment: i am fed up with the customer service from eyezy i dont want to take the bullying from your agents anymore so refund the amount

I wish I can give 0 stars. Landing page is deceptive that they can monitor all the sites listed only to subscribe and be told I have to pay an additional $408 to have full access. Immediately requested to cancel. I was told I'll get a refund email. Only to get an email saying they will provide technical assistance but not a refund. They are using parents worryto scam them out of money. DO NOT USE this service.

Response 05/20/24 - why respond and ask me to contact you guys as if you will give me my mo ey back. I texted with chat until he was rude and disconnected. I emailed several times and received generic responses stating we will not refund because we don't feel your reason is valid enough.
Don't act like you care about your customers on this platform. If you can guarantee I will get my money back that's one thing but I still have not setup an account or downloaded anything and I'm out of $160.00
