"My first interaction with Nicole was…"

My first interaction with Nicole was due to the fact that my Mother is aged and cannot navigate all of the forms that are required to get the medical equipment she needs.
Nicole walked me through the Affirm process and there were MANY challenges with this site. The company is having issues but Nicole did not give up. We tried over and over. Nicole ALWAYS answered my calls or returned my text as well.
Nicole was patient, kind, and understanding during the whole process. We were never able to get the Affirm app to work so my Mother ended up just paying for the equipment herself.
Nicole has been amazing and is a model representative for Oximedical.
We are grateful to have the opportunity to work with her.

Hey y'all, let me tell you 'bout my run-in with Oximedical and a fella named Gordon Moore. I picked up the Inogen G6 Rove from 'em, and lemme say, it was as smooth as the Mississippi. Gordon was real clear and helpful, answered all my questions, and my machine showed up quicker than a gator snap.

I've been stickin' with Oximedical for all my oxygen needs. Their prices don’t make your wallet cry, which means a lot down here.

Gordon, he's somethin' else—top-notch! Found me a concentrator that fits my budget and meets all my needs. It’s real nice havin' someone so friendly and ready to help; makes the whole deal a lot easier. When the concentrator came, it was all set up nice and quick. Gordon walked me through everything, made sure I was all set.

Dealin' with COPD ain’t easy, but Gordon smoothed out the rough waters, eased my mind right away. Oximedical’s saved in my phone now, 'cause they're gonna be my first holler if anything else pops up or goes sideways.

Big thanks to Gordon and all them folks at Oximedical! Y’all are a true breath of fresh air! 🥰

I received a call from Mr. George Haddad on 1-31-25 and had a positive conversation with him. He has made things right and sent me a check for the sum of $300.00 which is the fees I was charged plus a little to pay my employee to ship out the equipment back Oximedical back in August. I purchased an Inogen One G4 in July and the entire machime has stopped working. Both batteries were faulty when I received them. At that time they were only lasting 70 minutes. I am under their "white glove warranty," so Ive called several times to try and seek their assistance; only to be transferred to a call center that takes my name, phone number, and model #; but no one EVER HAS CALLED ME BACK!!! I SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AND I ONLY GOT TO USE MY MACHINE 7 TIMES, BEFORE IT FAILED ON ME!!!!!!!

"Sarah Stevens is the most professional"

Sarah Stevens is the most professional, most understanding and most compassionate of all my oxygen concerns. My portable Inogen One G4 arrived overnight which I needed desperately ( which my insurance company insists is not possible to get now - no supplies they say). Then I felt it was time to replace my 'downstairs' home oxygen and Sarah and I got through the first DiVilbiss which came late, soaking wet and made more noise than a shuttle blasting off. She immediately exchanged me for a Quiet model after convincing me - via a audio/video she had the warehouse make so I could hear how quiet this model is to save me money from buying the more expensive at home Inogen. My new machine is very quiet and I am sooooo very grateful to Sarah Stevens and cannot wait to thank her in person
