I ordered two different dresses for a wedding, both dresses fit and were nice dresses. I chose the dress I wanted to wear to the wedding and contacted them about returning the other one. Then I changed my mind on which dress I wanted to wear and returned a different dress than what I had notified them about. They had refunded me for the dress I originally chose which was cheaper than the one I returned. I contacted them and they quickly refunded me the balance for the returned dress. Their customer service department was quick and easy to deal with.

I ordered a few dresses in different sizes as the reviews I read were conflicting but my usual size fitted perfectly. The dress is beautiful and exactly the same as the photos, love the quality, I haven’t worn it yet as it’s for my daughter’s wedding next year. Delivery was very fast to uk and the return of the other sizes was straight forward and refunded quickly. I will definitely be buying again from ever pretty and would highly recommend. Customer service is excellent and very helpful.
