"Sizing is way off - Returns Painful & Expensive…"

Sizing is way off from standard sizes and the returns process was painful and expensive, they don’t provide returns labels or cover the cost of returns, and top of that, they charge a re-stocking fee (min 10%) if you send back multiple dresses

"Wrong dress but fast response "

They were very quick to respond to my issue. I had ordered a dress through Amazon and received the wrong dress. I then went directly to ever pretty and again received the wrong dress. Time was running out before my son’s wedding. I ended up using one of the dresses and paying for alterations that cost as much as the dress! I would try using them again, but only one more chance.

Parfait, j'avais commandé 5 robes. Une m'allait très bien j'ai contacté Ever Pretty qui m'a donné leur adresse afin que je puisse leur retourner les autres. J'ai bien été remboursée.

I ordered an evening dress, which I had to exchange, as it was to small. I would advise order the next size up. The quality is really good and good value for money compared to other suppliers. The exchange process was easy and my new dress is on its way. I would definitely buy from Every-Pretty again.

I ordered a dress to wear at my daughters wedding. The fit was perfect for me but I would say the sizes come up a little small.
Unfortunately the colour wasn't right for me so had to return.
Quality of dress was good but not happy about having to pay return postage. Didnot realise this when ordering so probably will not buy from them again as items are quite expensive to start with.

I loved the fit and quality of the dresses that I purchased. When I returned one of the dresses due to fitting me a bit too big, the CS department gave me the credit back to my card immediately after they received the returned item.
I strongly recommend this brand.

"I bought a bridesmaids dress from…ever pretty"

I bought a bridesmaids dress from everpretty but I used it as my wedding dress. It was absolutely beautiful and well worth the money. The only problem was the sizing is extremely small. I had to return and order 3 sizes bigger! However, once I got the right size, the dress was beautiful.
The dress I returned was refunded, no problem, but it did take over 2 weeks to receive the refund.

Lovely dress and good quality. Unfortunately to small around bust but was easy to return. Lots to choose from and prices are good.

I ordered two dresses for a family wedding knowing that one would be returned depending on the fit. One was perfect for me and I received many compliments on the dress. It was beautiful fabric and was a comfortable style! Customer service was great to work with in returning the one dress. I would highly recommend purchasing from this company! The prices are extremely reasonable!
