Absolutely awful!
The customer service is appalling and i think they really need to look at their returns policy, especially when the items are faulty or of poor quality. Had to fight for my refund, after they told me my "return has not been received" when i queried after a week of not hearing anything. Even though i had to pay for tracked 48 hours royal mail service! As soon as I said I would contact my bank to recall my money, they suddenly found it and refunded me! Can see from other reviews, that this is a commen occurance too! Will not be re purchasing from them and urge anyone to read the reviews and their terms and conditions before purchasing!

Had to exchange the dress I ordered due to size. The customer service department was good and quick to respond. The only downside is the cost to return - very expensive. Just awaiting replacement now.
