I bought a dress. I thought it from UK cause on website it was look like it is but by tracking number it came from China. After a week I sent it back cause the dress was too big and guess what? They didn't want to refund me. They asked many questions in chat, then they couldn't find it, then asked wait for 14 days and so on...I did request for refund through PAYPAL with all proof of postage and our chat. And after few days money was on my account.

The return and the assistance was easy and customer service was very kind and communicated their intructions very well. I will continue to shop Ever Pretty's Gorgeous dresses.

Excellent customer service! I realized I ordered the wrong dress size minutes after paying for my order. I was able to use the chat feature to speak with someone and they helped me cancel my order and initiate my refund within minutes.

Really disappointing experience and I encourage anyone purchasing to fully read all delivery/returns info as I got stung.
I used the sizing guide on the website for my dress and double checked using their sizing calculator. Ordered the size 28 as recommended & 26 in case (I’m a 16 for reference) both dresses are enormous! I’ve now had to pay more than I paid for the dress for alterations.
They offered a very generic- return at your own cost and we’ll send the new size, however what size to go for is a complete guess when their measurements are so out! I asked for more help and have been ignored. Emails being responded to by different agents obviously not fully reading the thread of emails.
I weighed up that I’m better off getting one altered than risking the 24 being just as big or too small. Was put off ordering a couple more sizes by the facts you have to pay for the return and they charge a restocking fee. Also noticed in the small print they say the sizes can vary. By up to 2 inches! That’s quite a lot! Just a complete mess and wish I’d never ordered from them. Also dress was shipped from China so took 10 days. Again I didn’t read the small print and presumed it was a UK store 🤷🏻♀️ Just hope I get my refund!
