Lots of beautiful dresses from which to choose. The dress I ordered fit perfectly but was missing the lace cardigan. Once the issue was brought to the customer service department’s attention the issue was resolved in a timely manner. I received the topper very quickly. I was kept informed throughout the process. Thanks for the excellent customer support.

The dress I ordered was beautiful, unfortunately the sizing is way off. I ordered a size up and it did not fit, sent it back, that part was simple. They sent me a new size and I received it fairly quickly. The new size still did not fit. I asked for a refund in which they were happy to do. Unfortunately getting the money back is a long process.

J’ai commandé une robe maternité sur ce site internet. Ma taille était, apparement disponible, je paye donc la robe et les frais de livraison. Le lendemain, je reçois un mail me prévenant que la robe n’est plus en stock et que je peux changer de modèle de robe. Je leur envoie le lien de la nouvelle robe choisie, pas de réponse. Je demande donc le remboursement étant donné que je n’ai rien reçu et que je n’ai pas de réponse du SAV. J’attend toujours leur retour…

Customer service was very responsive with regards to my return. The return process is slightly more complicated than some, but I followed the steps and received my refund.

The dress I ordered was very nice, but not quite what I was looking for. Returning it required several emails, one asking for the process, one telling them it was sent and providing tracking information and one telling them they received the item and could process my return. Seemed a little more complicated than it needed to be, but I did receive my refund.

Absolutely great customer service. I ordered one dress but it was too small. So I had to get the next size up. Although I lost the tracking details and had to swap that order for another one, I can't fault the service at all. I then found the tracking details just today after my new order is already on the way. Ugh, Murphy's Law, haha. I got the new size from my original order and the dress is stunning, can't wait to wear it next month. So happy with the service and I'd definitely buy again.
