"Great customer service"

I visited this store on 31/07/2023 with my autistic adult nephew, as he needed an outfit to wear to his cousin's wedding. We were served by Jack and the service was amazing. We were in the shop for just over an hour, with my nephew trying on several items, before purchasing his chosen outfit. If you want good, old fashioned personalised customer service, this is the shop to visit. Jack is an absolute credit to the business

"Fantastic clothing store"

Fantastic clothing store. Good quality, true to size, with fantastic customer service. We asked for next day delivery before 12 and DHL were dragging their heels but the wonderful man chased down the delivery and I had my product less than 20 minutes later. When I called to see what was happening he was already on the ball and knew who I was immediately and had been tracking my item to make sure it was delivered. Will definitely be using for future purchases! Sometimes it takes something going a little awry to shine and they certainly did that. Buy with confidence!

"Customer service at its best!"

Visited the shop yesterday with my husband to buy holiday clothes.
It's been the best part of 40 years since we were in the shop..and how very different it is!!
Had fantastic service off Sue and the team and we left more than happy with an entire holiday's worth of clothes and a very happy husband 😀 He has always hated clothes shopping but I know exactly where he will be going next time he needs clothes

"We took our son to John Banks for the…"

We took our son to John Banks for the first time. He's always a bit conscious of size and struggles with some off the peg high street store clothes and sizing. Well he was a bit unsure when he walked through the doors but was quickly put at ease by a great guy called Andy.
Andy stayed with him, helping Mason with recommendations etc. Well our wallet was definitely lighter when we left but worth every penny to see how happy our son was after his visit.

absolutely brilliant. We never felt uncomfortable or rushed, great service. We will definitely be back.

"Outstanding Shop"

Was greeted by our host Nettie, and was instantly made to feel right at home. Catered for everything that we needed as we were suit shopping for a wedding next year. Nettle took excellent care of us, and completely sold the shop to me to which now I will be a regular customer there. Couldn't fault our experience at all.
