I normally use John Banks online and always have great service. This time I needed to visit as wanted new style of trousers and unsure of my sizing.
Great to visit once again, had been too long since last visit. As in the past well worth the drive up. Staff all very helpful & knowledgeable and came away a very happy customer.

We have shopped on line with John Banks for a number of years. Their customer service is exceptional, we can ring up and ask for their advice for example is a jacket a good fit for the size. The staff are always happy to advise whether the garment is a large fit and therefore we need to go down a size. Polite friendly staff exceptional customer service what more could we ask for
