"My money & stay are missing"
I cannot believe the despicable service of this site. Their phone number does not work claiming high call volumes at all times. They also do not answer emails with the urgency they claim. I booked a room a few days ago and the hotel has no booking under my name. And yes, it was spelled correctly with the information i provided and looked over three times. It was even correct in the confirmation they provided me. I messaged the website and they responded once stating they would fix it with “urgency”. That was 12 hours ago and my trip is tomorrow. I’ve emailed 3 times since with no response and will be reporting them for fraudulent activity. My money was taken and I received 3 “booking confirmation numbers”. None of them seem to exist with the hotel yet again I repeat, my money was taken from my account the day of. If there were any problems, they should have messaged or called me and that was not done either. Now my trip will not be happening due to lack of hotels availability at this time & high prices. Seriously, just book through Expedia or something. At least they’ll answer your questions.

Booked a terrible moldy hotel. Tried calling nustay. They said to message the "emergency" email. I did that. Didnt get a response until 130 AM. I had to go to the pharmacy for emergency asthma medication after 45 min in the hotel. I havent needed medication for over ten years. After I got that response I tried to respond. I wanted my money back so I could find a different hotel. No contact. Garbage customer service.
