Accidentally booked wrong date. I emailed them Straight away to try and resolve the problem. They still havnt got back to me a day later, the phone number never works and Iv has to go through the hotels itself to amend the date which cost me extra overall!

Excellent customer service from Nustay. A confusion over room booking type was swiftly resolved by Alex, one of Nustay's customer service specialists, and we were re-booked to the room we wanted, at no cost. Most recommended.

I chose a less than credible hotel and when I showed up for check-in the hotel had no rooms for me. I got the "run around" from them, but Alex Fitch from customer service with NuStay, was able to settle the dispute and get the refund processed back to my account within 24 hours. He is the man! His customer service and ability to connect with people is unparalleled. I was super frustrated with the whole situation the night of but by the next morning he had squared everything away for me and the follow ups were phenomenal. Definitely indebted to him for assisting me through trying times. I sincerely appreciate his time and assistance and the fact that he went to bat for me. I owe this man a drink. Thanks for your help Mr. Fitch.
