Under et ophold i Berlin valgte jeg et trestjernet hotel hos Nustay, men jeg forlod hotellet med det indtryk, at det havde været et firestjernet hotel.

Maintenance all over the place. With the painting smell and dirt and noise.

Very small reception though nice workers. But really very limited services. We had a superior room. It was very small. Very old. Some properties are damaged! And unfortunately rooms are not clean.

No water for free at all though superior room.

It is such a horrible experience that I’m still going through. Never ever will recommend anyone to go there. It shouldn’t be any near 4 stat!
