"Deceiving website, shipping from outside uk"

Deceiving website, items shipped from overseas and this is written nowhere in the website when i browsed and placed the order.
The clue is in the name, toyscentral.uk, scammers!
Extra note they refused to refund and kept offering a partial refund in the form of a shop coupon!

The wrong item was sent by mistake, but as soon as the mistake was realised, every effort was taken to rectify the situation.

I had a problem with my order as the box it was in was tampted with and an item was missing. I emailed them about it and they sent me a replacement after 2 days. Excellent customer service .

Empty envelope arrived today wedged behind our door handle not at the time it says on DHL e-commerce site and no picture of delivery provided. The game that I have paid for was not there which was a birthday present for two days time. I am contacting Toy Central and will await a response. Will update this review when I hear back.

Update: Having emailed Toy Central last night, I have had a reply this morning and it is confirmed that the item will be resent. Hopefully I will successfully receiveiy this time. I would comment that the customer service is extremely efficient and they have resolved this matter very satisfactorily. Therefore, I would certainly use this company again. I have now changed my review to five stars following the impressive customer service.
