Rip off website reported to Mastercard and visa

I can honestly say that any reviews on Trustpilot that aren’t 1 star must be fraudulent in themselves

There is no way on earth anyone could possibly say this is a genuine company

They sell toys that are worth around 5 pence for £46+

I’m so fuming to find out they are in Mumbai

There is a genuine uk shop called ‘toy central’ but the website toyscentral.uk is scamming the uk public

Scam company have not replied to emails and if you call it goes to a machine which says they are busy and cuts the call! Beware - do not buy from them!

"AVOID.."

AVOID... placed an order had and email to say they would dispatch soon. 2 days later told me they didn't have my order in stock and would I accept a different puppet I agreed then a week later after my original order they canceled my order and told me they had no stock AGAIN. My original purchase which they said was out of stock is still on the website. BEWARE AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

My order was made on 16 October 2023. After emails, I have received nothing. I think this is a scam company. Disgraceful! Finally got through and they advertise products they do not have. Be Careful! You have responded but have still got this product advertised on your site. Issue NOT resolved!

Scam website charge £109.20 for a Yoshi figure that’s only £29 in smyths toy store!!! Is this place on acid ??? Everything is over priced!!!! Total scam this website

This company are NOT based in the UK as the name suggests. Their website is...challenging. They DO NOT reply to any emails.
The item did amazingly arrive, but is damaged. Not beyond use, but this is a gift and looks like I got it second hand.

My experience with toy central has been really good,parcel came in time and living in Ireland I don't have to pay any custom duty as goods were shipped from usa,it was a gift for my daughter on her birthday,I am happy and will purchase more in future thumbs up 👍 for Toy Central

I have edited this review.

Initially I was concerned as I didn't get an email after my purchase + the website was down.

It appeared to be a scam.

However, after searching for contact details on the EU site, I emailed and I got a response.

There was an apology for the poor communication and I received a DHL tracking number. That gave me more confidence.

The parcel arrived a few days later.

However, it was absolutely not as described or pictured.

After going on Amazon, I found the same product for about 20 quid.

It is not a fake company, they do deliver products but they have some work to do on the following:

Communication needs improving
Product descriptions need improving
And they need to improve the stability of their website.

"CON ARTISTS. AVOID"

They advertised a high value vintage product £200, which i bought and took my money, despite not having the item in stock. After paying for the item I was informed that they didn't have the item and instead proposed to swap it for a brand new item worth about £10.
I presume this is a method they use to take peoples money. Complete con artists.
