The installation team for a new sectional door, and an NT60 pedestrian door did an excellent job efficiently and quickly. The building is to a high standard, and the installation matched it. The remote operator suffered a manufacturing electronic fault after about a month. The installer who visited to fix that was as efficient and friendly as the original installers, so excellent marks for the aftersales service too.

"Customer after service...Hmmm"

Initially the service, survey and communication was very good. When the fitters had finished fitting the door the remote control wouldn't operate it, the fitter explained to me that it was because of the thermal cut-out... I had only seen the door being operated a few times and to be honest I was sceptical and asked if a senior person would phone me, if I was correct and had been told of this I wouldn't have bought the door, and I also Emailed the company with my disappointment . A short time later a senior person phoned me back and reassured me that all would be fine. I did say that if I'm wrong I will of course apologise unreservedly, and then I paid the balance. A few weeks later the door was operating fine, and as promised I Emailed and apologised accepting I was wrong, BUT I also asked a question concerning the a plastic tool they had left tucked in behind the wiring, and now some 4 maybe 6 weeks later I've still not had a reply...but the garage door lets in water so Im going down to the shop to get it rectified. It seems that customer service drops away once they have your money.
