The product wasn’t fitted correctly in the first place!!! The garage door has yellow marks all over most panels!!

Not happy with the service I got at all. Never reply to your emails. Thinking of taking the company to court now.

New front door and garage door fitted by this company. These are high quality items made in Germany. From first site review to fitting this was a top notch experience. The gents who did the fitting ( Thank you James and Mark) worked like Trojans, Professional, friendly, polite, and took time to explain the systems and consider my views as paramount when final fitting and trim were added.
I rate these guys as excellent.

If you are single household purchaser, don't bother, they are not interested in your business.


This was the number 1 google search hit when entering "Garage Doors Surrey". The advertised number asked me to call another number. as they cover Surrey.
When calling the new number, the first thing I was told was that Surrey is not "cost effective" for them to cover. The guy on the phone was only interested if I was making a large purchase. The website makes no reference to location they have no interest in servicing if you are a single household.

Whilst I accept it was his prerogative to take my money or not, the person on the end of the phone had no interest in being of assistance (read "was damn right rude") and simply wanted to repeat how it was not cost effective, he offered no interest in helping at all. Abysmal service from a very misleading website and an uninterested staff.

Garage doors and installation are not cheap, advice, go somewhere else....unless you live in Bedford....and then I am still not sure he would show any interest.
