This was my first time using Bilt Labs for my custom orthodic needs and I thought the process went pretty smooth overall and was relatively quick. The customer service was also very pleasant to deal with. My wife is wanting to do this process now as well after seeing how it went for me.

I love, love, love my inserts! I had plantar fasciitis, and since using bilt labs, my heals are great!! I love that they are custom built for me and my two unique feet (one arch is much higher than the other). I love them so much, I put in another order for more. Now I can’t live without them!!

I have always been lucky being able to get custom orthotics directly from the maker for $250 or so. I was glad that I didn't have to get them from a podiatrist for $500-$800. I found Bilt Labs and discovered I could get custom orthotics for around $100 when I ordered multiple pair. They work great.
They prevent the foot pain I get when I don't use orthotics. They have lasted for 4 years so far and do not show any wear. I was skeptical at first, but called them and they answered all my engineering questions spot the on. As a Biomechanical Engineer, I can say they know what they are doing. I even got a custom fit pair for my closed heel sandals. I have purchased 9 pair and am happy with every one.

I have been to 2 different podiatrists, and they basically prescribed the same thing at a higher cost. The process was very easy and the insoles arrived in a timely manner. After my first order, i have added 2 more additional insoles since my first order because the pricing is so affordable. I plan to order more in the future so all my shoes have them.

Very satisfied with these insoles. I got my mold done and got my first pair in 2021 (active variety). I stick them in my soccer cleats and have used them 3+ times a week for the last 3 years. I have another pair for my every day walking around shoes. Very robust, sturdy insoles. Plus they're way cheaper than ordering them from the podiatrist.

Tried this company when I needed new custom orthotics. They sent an easy to use foot mold kit, turn around was quick, and I love the product. I bought pairs for regular shoes and sport shoes. And then reordered to have spares. They are as good as the ones I got from a podiatrist at a fraction of the cost. Very very happy with their professional work.
