Ive had my urthotics for 22 months now, and Im still delighted. I even got a pair for mY pickle ball sneakers. I got them for my knee pain but notice less tension in my lower back.

I have 7 pairs, and put them in all of my shoes. Granted they do not fit in my dress shoes because I have a high arch and have the maximum thickness and arch you can do. They do fit in all of my tennis, training, and basketball shoes and have been wearing them religiously for several years. I've only had to get 2 pairs refurbished that I used for a little over two years in my basketball shoes that I kept moving in and out of different shoes (before I ordered 5 more), and because i sweat so much and kept pulling them in and out of the shoes, the blue came padding was starting to come off. But all I had to do was send them in to get refurbished and they look and feel brand new. Definitely a great investment if you need strong, long lasting insoles. These have reduced a lot of my knee pain and plantar fascititis and I definitely could not find anything like this off the shelf at anystore or online. Very Happy with my purchase here.

"Recovery process"

my old arch supports had collapsed. I was barely able to walk because of pain in the right ankle. I took about six months to partially recover. For the first year My feet could tolerate about 8 hours max. For me they worked and I avoided surgery. Way more affordable than the heavily advertised competitors. Just ordered three m ore pairs.
