As an ex-professional football player, my body is banged up as you might imagine - knees, feet, hips. I also suffer like a lot of people with plantar fasciitis. Sometime it’s bad and sometimes it’s crippling. I've seen a lot of doctors and they all want to do the same thing - stab me with a needle and spend money on overly expensive orthotics or boots, none of which have had successful lasting effects.

After doing hours of research I came across Bit Labs. They appeared to have the best product and method I could find, so I decided to give them a try. They sent me the foot molds right away, which I completed and returned. A few weeks later my first pair of inserts arrived in the mail. I popped them in my shoes and haven't look back. With a lot of stretching and the daily use of their inserts, things have been great. My feet have never felt better and my knees and hips are giving me little trouble. I buy two pairs every couple months, and if needed am able to make slight adjustments through email. They’ve been life changing for me and I would strongly recommend them.
