Laura M. needs to know her place. You don't berate your customers for days with emails when one will do. you ask a question you get an answer not 4 freaking emails when I explained in my first one what to do. I finally canceled my order and had to reorder because of that birch.

Excellent customer service, if you have any questions or issues I recommend reaching out to the customer support, they were very responsive and helpful. These are very well constructed orthotics but not 100% equivalent to doctor's office - Bilt are very rigid hard plastic orthotic, but still a little flex; ultimately my case involved very high arch and long-running plantar fasciitis which for me needed the in-person podiatry and rock solid orthotic with more customization; but Bilt were super helpful and able to return and refund with no hassle so I would recommend giving these a try over other off-the-shelf or customizable solutions. They would also work with you on adjustments to the orthotic. Advise to consult with your doctor either way, and follow Bilt's instructions on break-in period esp if new to orthotics and be patient, don't order additional pairs beyond initial add-on pair until you've had a good trial period (3-4 weeks recommended). Also recommend the vegan leather cover over the EVA - I found the EVA (Active) cover was very thick.

The customer service agent was very knowledgeable when I called for adjustments to my insole. He took all the details and sent me a new pair of insoles as per my specifications. These helped me tremendously to alleviate the pain due to my high arches. Now I ordered another pair to use in another shoe.

Purchased 2 pair I followed all instructions for breaking them in but after a month for some reason they made my feet hurt. I emailed customer service and they responded quickly provided a shipping label as soon as they received them back they refunded my money. That type service and product guarantee is rare.

My foot pain, and related back and knee pain, went away after using Bilt Labs custom orthotics two years ago. My feet still feel great! I ordered another pair this week, and the process couldn't be easier - my mold is on file and I've had no issues ordering additional pairs in the past. Previously I used drug store orthotics and thought they were fine, but I needed to find another option when they no longer gave full relief after many years of using and switching out fresh ones. There's no comparison with the Bilt Labs custom orthotics - far superior and well worth the higher, but very reasonable, price.

After dealing with peroneal tendonitis for over 6 months and going to a podiatrist for treatment, my foot pain was back with a vengeance. Out of desperation and a fear of steroid injections from the podiatrist, I ordered insoles from Bilt Labs. After wearing the insoles for a month, I immediately felt better and ordered a second pair. I'm absolutely delighted with the quality and the comfort of your product......fantastic job!
