The orthotics I ordered arrived promptly, were a cinch to insert and, after a day or two of wearing for several hours, completely relieved the chronic pain from my increasingly severe sciatica.
I now lead an active, pain free life and walk (on some pretty rough trails at times) for at least an hour a day without pain or (so far) having to rely again on my semi--annual cortisone injections which had recently been becoming less and less effective.
I have now put the inserts into 9 pairs of sneakers, hiking shoes, dressier shoes and boots with similar results.

I've had two great experiences with Bilt Labs.
1. Customer Service- The customer service is absolutely excellent. I placed an order on Christmas day, trying to use the rest of my FSA funds but I accidently used the wrong card. The day after Christmas, at 8am, I had a return call from the company and my refund was processed. Thank you!
2. The product- I have been active all my adult life, however in my early 40's, I began suffering from fallen arches. The pain nearly forced me to limit my activities until I found affordable custom orthotics from Bilt Labs. The orthotics not only relieved foot/arch pain, but also reduced hip and knee pain. I purchased two pairs for myself and two pairs for my husband. The products are an excellent buy, and are about 50% cheaper than you'll find from a doctor's office.

Got orthotics about a year ago, they worked amazing. Was due for a new pair and was having trouble accessing the website, the person who responded via email sent me a quick link for my discounted second pair and I was able to check out in minutes. Super easy!

Bilt Labs ordering process was seemless. It was very easy to make the molds and the lead times were very reasonable.
Most importantly the orthotics are great.
So good, I just ordered two additional pairs and my wife is about her own.
