Not sure when I started getting orthotics from Urthotics,com now biltlabs.com. I was having problems with my feet and the foot doctor said my insurance did not cover orthotics, so I found this company and order the impression kit and ordered my first pair. Since that time I have reordered probably 8 pair. I have them in my running shoes, hunting boots, and my everyday shoes. For me I have to have these in my shoes or boots or my feet will start giving me problems or pain. I prefer to install and leave versus changing from one pair to another. I have tried both the active and high cushion. The active works best for me. Today I just ordered 2 more pair as I have new boots that I need them.

Expeditious process from ordering/receiving my imprint kit to receiving my actual orthotics. Having my imprints on file for a reorder is also an awesome feature.

I didn't think there was anything special about them. I have used probably 50 different types throughout the years from good ones to cheap ones and these custom $150 ones were not much better than just normal $50 ones that you can buy on Amazon, but everybody's different.

I purchased my insoles (formerly Urthotics) and it has been a life changing experience. My plantar fasciitis is virtually eliminated! I have recommended these insoles and (now) Bilt Labs to anyone who may be interested. Very affordable and long-lasting...and worthwhile if your feet, ankles, knees or back are in pain.

I reordered two more pair for my new shoes. These insoles fit better than any I have had over past 30 years. They fit to my arch perfectly, hardy any break in needed. I bought a 1/2 size larger shoe to allow more room for my hammer toes.

I have worn orthotics in my shoes for 30+ years and have tried a variety of styles and providers. Decided to try Bilt Labs about 1 1/2 years ago and the workmanship and fit are the best I have ever had. Easy process to provide them with the molds of my feet, clear instructions and notifications of shipping and ETA throughout. I just re-ordered 2 more pair to keep in all my shoes.
