These people do the best job ever. I had some Keens and wanted custom orthotics. Sent them the Keens and in about 10 days the Keens came back with perfect fit orthotics. Who said I can't get custom orthotics with sandals? Someone who doesn't know about Bilt Labs!

They listened well to my needs and wants and constructed the orthotics well to go with my feet. I needed them 3/4 length. In the original order, they tapered the orthotic around the ball of the foot, but this last order, the orthotic was not tapered making it too thick for my shoes. Not to worry, my husband took them to his sander and tapered them in the ball of the foot area. Bilt Labs would have gladly made the adjustments but my husband said he could taper them. I wear them all the time now because they make my feet feel good, my knees not hurt, and my bunions not come back.
