"Very Professional"

I was told I needed custom orthotics by my sports medical specialist. She referred me to an orthotics company who took impressions of my feet and ran it through my insurance. My insurance covered it, but since my deductible wasn't met, I would be charged $380.00. I went looking for a better option and found urthotics.com for an inexpensive price. I chose this company because the video for the impression was the same as the "professional" company I visited. Many online companies instructed you to press in your heel first almost to the floor, then put your weight on your foot to complete the process. If you were to receive an impression that way, it would be similar to standing on the floor without an orthotic. The orthotic is supposed to support your foot. Some companies noted that you would receive an off-the-shelf orthotic they have in stock that was the closest to your impression. For me, off the shelf orthotics didn't have the curve in the correct place front-to-back and the arch was too high. Urthotics.com gave me two pairs of orthotics that fit great, and I no longer feel like I'm falling off my arches, which eliminated the pain. After purchasing and trying hundreds of dollars of off-the-shelf orthotics through the years, I'm happy to have found this company.

I recently bought two pairs of the active insole, honestly I found them extremely hard, thin and uncomfortable! Not worth the financial investment.

I've bought orthodics on Amazon my feet still ached badly. My sister suggested I have orthodics made for my feet I decided to give them a try I have flat feet, I also have plantar fasciitis.I'm very very happy with my purchase I tried them yesterday and my feet felt such comfort and relief. I honestly recommend if you have problems with your feet to order URthotics your feet will thank you.

"Skeptical at first, but very happy with results"

I recently just heard about this company, Urthotics.com and the way they can create custom orthotics. I was skeptical at first but learning how much more expensive it is to get customized orthotics from my doctor, I then gave Urthotics.com a try. They use similar methods with what my doctor uses with explicit instructions on creating the mold, and the quality of the custom orthotic I received is pretty good. I had ordered a single orthotic at first to try out and with 2 weeks of using it, I am quite happy with it. Today, I have then just ordered 3 more pairs of exactly the same one. I am now a happy camper. I just wish they would consider creating custom slippers as this is my other challenge, to find slippers that I can use with my orthotic... Maybe with this review, they will consider this option.

When I got my urthotic, it needed a little tweaking in order to meet my needs better. I emailed the adjustments I felt I needed and they shipped out a new pair immediately. After I got my first set, I realized because of my wide feet, it would have been best for me to trace my foot but I sent in my insole. So those with wide feet, keep that in mind. Fast and responsive customer service.

"I ordered the kit after spending much more from a foot doctor"

I ordered the kit after spending more than $500 on custom orthotic from a foot doctor. The one from the doctor worked well, but I wanted another for my other shoes. These were only $189 and I took the gamble. I have had them about 3 weeks and I have over 40 miles on them and they work just as well as the ones from the doctor so far. I am impressed. It takes about 1 month from your order to receive them back, if you mail back the foam quickly. I did follow the procedure for break in. It did take about 10 days to break them in well. I am pleased so far. I will report back on a long time use later.

I suffer from flat feet. At the time I was without insurance and couldn’t afford the orthotics that the doctor was going to provide for me. So I went here bought one pair to see how I get on . Now I’m back 6months later. I work for the railroad on uneven surfaces and stone. I can last all day at work without my feet aching.

The reviews here have to be fake. I ordered 6 weeks ago and have received 2 completely wrong products. I even told them exactly what was wrong. They don't care about what they are doing, obviously.
