"Urthotics was a cure for my feet!!"

I went to a podiatrist for an issue with pain in my left foot. The doctor recommended getting orthotics through his office. Unfortunately the podiatrist cost was too much for what I could afford. I went searching for another option to help with the intense foot pain I was dealing with anf I came across Urthotics online. They offered orthotics at 1/3 of the price that the podiatrist did. I took a chance and ordered a pair. I received the kit with instructions and even a link to a video on how to do the impression. A few weeks later I received my orthotics in the mail and WOW these things work!! The pain in my foot is gone!!! Loved these so much I bought 2 more pairs for my other shoes. A+++ company and products

I ordered 2 orthotics from urthotics and received them in the timeframe specified. Unfortunately, I had forgotten that my podiatrist had adjusted my previous orthotics for an issue with my knee, which resulted in some knee pain, and my desire to return the urthotics and order them from my podiatrist again. I was concerned urthotics would not honor their guarantee, but they refunded all of my money immediately. They were VERY responsive, returning emails within 10 minutes. I have never had such good customer service in such a situation. Kudos!!

and this is why all 3 drs, have me lay down

requiring me to STAND

so this is why yours a much cheaper
since they are not made in the best way
opposite of what REAL Drs say ?

PS: 2.5 months later they replied here after trying to delegitimize my review, with this detailed explanation. If they had trained their customer service people how to answer properly like here-- here would never have happened. Companies who give clear answers and good customer service stand out from their competitors.
