"Urthotics Saved My Life"

I have been wearing custom orthotics since early 2000's for planter fasciitis, but somehow lost them 5 years ago. 2 years ago i developed a sciatic pain which grew worse over time. I tried a chiropractor for a while but when the pain was unbearable I scheduled back surgery. While waiting I went to a foot doctor who custom made orthotics and promised I would not need the back surgery. Long story short the new orthotics only proved not to work so I went ahead with the surgery. After a lot of money, months of recovery and loss of work my sciatic pain is back and the surgery proved to be nothing but a waste of time and money... my new 600 dollar custom orthotics didn't work and the dreadful surgery didn't work. I thought I was stuck for life with this painful and crippling condition. Then I saw your ad and for $150 i thought 'what the hell - why not'. I've been wearing yours for two weeks now and oh my goodness my sciatic nightmare is over. I drive a special needs school bus where I lift small children into car seats, tie down wheelchairs and constantly in and out of the bus and now work with complete freedom of movement. I run on a treadmill forty minutes each day with no pain. These orthotics you made me are absolutely great and I wanted to thank you the best way I possibly can; you folks have literally given my life back when all the doctors failed.
