Quick responses with every interaction. I received my first set with lifts that were too high for me. I sent them back, they adjusted them to my new request in quick time and sent them to me. Everything has been great with this company. They don’t just take your money and run and the products are fantastic. I work on my feet at tradeshows around the world and these are just what I needed.

"My feet love these orthotics"

Several months ago I purchased multiple pairs of the athletic insoles to wear in my work shoes and in my hiking/walking boots. I am 75 years old and walk at least 10,000 steps every day. I can definitely tell the difference if I wear shoes that do not contain these orthotics. I have just ordered 2 more pairs to "upgrade" my other shoes.

"Consistent quality through the years"

Since I have been ordering my orthotics from Urthotics/now Bill Labs for a few years now it goes w/out saying that I like their product and am confident it fit and comfort. My first orthotic was from a podiatrist and cost 3X as much ~ these are every bit as good. Every time I get a new pair of golf, running or walking shoes I reorder orthotics, usually 2-3 at a time. Having done this now for quite a while the only thing I recommend is to get a new cast/fitting of your foot every 2 years or so since feet change; at least mine have.
My experience thus far with the company has been seamless and the customer service excellent. Highly recommend.

"They're worth it"

I've had a really great experience with Urthotics (now Bilt Labs). The foot impression kit came quickly and with good instructions, and while the insoles themselves took a couple weeks, they were comfortable from the moment I slipped them in, and have held up to months of daily wear with only some slight lifting on the edge of the foam. These are every bit as comfortable as I was hoping. I got the 3/4 length to avoid trimming to fit the toe area, and I do not notice the transition where the insole ends. For a fraction of the $700 (!!) and orthopedist wanted to charge me, these are doing a great job.

We spend money on so many things because they make our lives easier or more convenient without thinking about it. While these inserts may seem pricey, you only get one spine.

I've had back and neck trouble for most my life due to an injury and i work on my feet. These inserts truly changed the way i move through the world. It took about 2-3 weeks of my back aching and being sore from adjusting, but once it settled i can say i came back for more because it improved my quality of life so severely.

If you have flat feet, bad posture, or back and neck pain; these can only help you course correct. Don't wait like i did.

My custom orthotics have been a huge relief. My plantar fasciitis is under control and I have no more pain. I am ordering two more sets of orthotics. They work! Thank you!

"Retired Navy Nurse found a better solution"

I am retired Military. Tricare sent me to a network Podiatrist for my Plantar Fasciitis. The Podiatrist refused to prescribe orthotics, stating my insurance didn't cover them. She put me through PT torture sessions. I went to the VA, which gave me one pair of custom orthotics. I found Bilt Labs online and they did their measurements the same as the VA; so I ordered their kit and bought multiple custom orthotics at a very reasonable price. Problem solved, and no surgery as the Podiatrist was planning.
