Easy ordering process and good communication from Bilt. My new inserts are very similar in comfort to my $500 custom carbon fiber inserts. Very much worth the savings and just ordered up another pair so I don’t have to swap all the time.

"The orthotic worked well for me"

The orthotic worked well for me. I have a very high arch which causes a strain on my anterior tibialis muscle. I was much better the first day and continue to have relief several months later.

Fast and simple ordering/fitting process. I ended up receiving the fitting kit quicker than I actually expected to, and the entire end-to-end order took only 3-4 weeks to fulfill.

The orthotics are extremely comfortable and seem plenty sturdy enough to hold up to day-to-day use. By the end of the day, I feel significantly more energetic since I've been using these orthotics, and I have no more foot and ankle pains. I just placed a second order.

After foot and ankle reconstruction my surgeon recommended custom orthotics. The local vendor was charging $500 per pair and the cost is not covered by my insurance. After doing some research I decided to go with Bilt Labs. Their customer service cannot be beat and my orthotics were built perfectly using my prescription. I used the recommended videos to make sure I did the molds correctly. Communication is excellent and you receive tracking information so you know exactly where the molds and orthotics are. HIGHLY recommend!

I have been using orthotics for more than 25 years. I have tried numerous companies and numerous podiatrists, Bilt labs are faster cheaper and better than any of the many many i have tried. take your time and give them a good imprint of your feet and they will do the rest

I have ordered inserts in the past and this order was a reorder. I feel very satisfied with the quality of the insert. I had inserts from the foot dr before and they were very expensive, these inserts are the same as I received from the dr and way less expensive! I am very satisfied and would recommend.
