My orthotics were well made and they stood behind the product. I wasn't initially happy with the covering, they remade another pair and promptly sent them out to me. These are comfortable and have helped my foot comfort.

Be sure to somehow be able to distinguish between the 3 different types; and not change how that is determined. Basically between Everyday and Active orthotics. Easy to tell when have a pair of Comfort orthotics.

Bilt labs keeps record of your foot shape so you can easily reorder. I use my orthotics for long distance running and go through a pair a year, so this is a helpful feature. They are supportive in Hokas and don't take up too much space.

They feel incredible! I walk miles in them! They make my back and knees feel incredible. I have them in my running shoes, my basketball shoes, and my everyday walking shoes. The process is great, and you can send them your shoes with insoles or just insoles. Th only thing is they are loud. My co-workers chuckle when I move around in meetings, and I can hear them over the music in the gym. I don’t care, though. They feel incredible!!
