Jonathan made it very easy for us to spend our money! We knew where we wanted to go, who with but with some additions. ‘Leave it with me’ he said and promised to come back to us. We expected maybe a call back in a day or two but no, a very comprehensive itinerary was sent by email and a follow up call within 45 minutes. He had listened to everything we had said. He took account of our proximity to Stansted airport and the options potentially available to us. We got the cruise line we wanted and was able to book the same stateroom for the back to back cruise. The hotels for our stays were in central locations and of a high standard and the price was fantastic- less than we thought possible! The added value was that at this stage we have the option to increase our stays. The whole experience was very easy and Jonathan made it enjoyable. We have always had a good experience when dealing with Imagine and this was no exception. We would definitely recommend imagine to customise a trip.
