The worst communication and lack of organisation I have ever experienced from any holiday company. Sent a trouble shooter to try and sort out problems and writing to the CEO apparently doesn't work going off other reviews and facebook posts. A group complaint is going in, copies to newspaper travel editors to see if they can do anything??? Use them at your peril in my opinion, and from this experience.

See the response, a cut and paste job with repeated wording, they appear to not really be bothered do they?
