We have used Imagine cruising quite a few times now and this time I spoke to Rob regarding our booking and he was fabulous. He was extremely helpful, polite and cheery and he helped us so much by answering all of our questions. We made our booking without hesitation.

The on line information pack covers is extensive, any issues not covered are quickly dealt with either by a phone call or online.

Initially spoke to Megan and although she couldn't answer all our very detailed questions, promised to call back with the answers within 45 minutes which she indeed did! So very helpful in advising us on the details and linking our booking up with friends who had already booked. Confirmation emails and detailed info pack followed very shortly after. I dealt with Andrew, who phoned me back when he said he would!
He explained everything clearly.
However, the advertised price was £200 cheaper than the actual price, so I am not happy with that situation. Andrew did try and ameliorate the situation by giving me an 'extra' as a free add on.

Imagine Cruising holidays are just that bit more imaginative than other tour operators. Their itineraries are absolutely fantastic.
Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and courteous.
Have travelled with them several times and so far have not had any problems whatsoever.
