on the recommendation of friends who had booked through them I called on Tuesday May 28 and gave a cruise enquiry to them. I would receive a return call the following day with some cruise information. No call received. Thursday May 30 spoke with the manager of the operative I originally contacted and the lady said I would receive a call the next day.

I didn’t receive any call and have now used one of their competitors for my business.

Imagine cruises flew us back from the Maldives via Singapore. Left the island at 6 , plane took off at 12.15 flew to Singapore for 5 hours that's going away from the UK. Then 14.5 hours flight home.On the way to the Maldives we got to island at 1 am this company get the cheapest flights they can.Im sorry Imagine what do you not understand flight times were terrible especially for someone who is 77
