Booked a cruise with Imagine Cruising today for November 2025. Charles Carter the IC agent was most helpful and went out of his way to secure the deck and cabin we required. Great Ambassador for the company.

When I booked the holiday the actual flight times were not available and I was told I would be advised of them later. IMAGINE my shock when I was advised that it was not a direct flight but indirect via an airport that wasnt en route but a significant diversion with a significant stay over … totally unacceptable given that this started in Heathrow and we are in Manchester. To cut a long story short we paid an additional significant fee to get a direct flight with a connecting flight from Manchester. There were a few hotel changes … which from what I could see were like for like. During the night before we were due to travel BA cancelled the outgoing flight and I had a choice of ringing BA and sorting out an alternative with them or waiting for Imagine in the morning . I called BA and got an alternative indirect flight which arrived at the final destination at a similar time. When I called Imagine on the morning they told me they wouldn’t have booked flights with such a small time in between and that I should have waited for them. From what I have learnt since I’m glad we did what we did. I asked Imagine to rearrange the transfers based on the new flight time l they said they would … I asked them to confirm when done … they didn’t. I had to call 3 times. The rep arrived about 30 mins after us so all was well in the end but stressful. We had a trip booked ( as did others on the same itinerary ) that involved flying … some had direct flights , some had indirect flights … and our indirect flight had a delay … so it took all day to do what could have been done in 2 hours. Some on our same itinery were in hotels that they weren’t happy with … some had a nightmare journey at the start due to the cancelled BA flight. If you are considering booking a holiday with Imagine you may be lucky and you may not. For horror stories and tales of inflexibility and incompetence look on Facebook , Imagine Cruising refunds and rebates group and then decide … and least you are forearmed and can ask questions and get confirmation in writing before making commitments. I was fortunate … but it could have been different ( I got a refund of the extra I’d paid for direct flight on the outward journey refunded. No automatic payment ad I wasn’t actually delayed )
