"Flight and transfer nightmares"

On our outbound journey to Calgary, Canada Imagine cruising failed to book us connecting flights from Manchester to Heathrow. Our flight from Manchester to Heathrow was delayed meaning we missed the flight from Heathrow. Imagine cruising had to rebook the remainder of our journey which resulted in it taking us 28 hours to finally get to our hotel in Calgary. Imagine cruising then rebooked our return flights, which we had no issue with. However despite a ten day window, three emails from us and assurances from two different advisers that our transfer from hotel to airport would be amended to match the rebooked flight we were advised on the morning we were due to fly home that a transfer from the hotel to the airport, which we had of course already paid for, could not be arranged and we would have to make our own transfer arrangements. Imagine cruising have said they will reimburse our taxi fare however this has not yet happened and we have not had the cost of the original transfer we paid for refunded to us. We will never use Imagine cruising again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

We were attracted to the holiday by the email we received. It ticked many boxes. The time of the holiday was perfect for us and it combined a Silversea cruise with a safari and trip to the Victoria Falls. Jonathon, our sales advisor, answered all our queries clearly and with enthusiasm.
